Returns and refunds
This guide covers starting a return, preparing your device, and following the repair or refund process.
Start with your order
A return can be requested during the 30 days after delivery. In your account, open the purchase and choose its help option. Beyond that period, the seller’s one-year warranty covers qualifying hardware or software defects, rather than ordinary wear, impact or liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Before sending the device
Erase personal information, restore factory settings, remove the SIM, and include the supplied accessories. Pack the device securely and retain the carrier’s tracking details.
After the seller receives it
The stated processing limits are three business days for a refund, five for most repairs, and seven for laptops or bulky devices. The seller first attempts repair; replacement depends on available stock. Refunds apply when the eligible issue cannot be resolved.
Refund timing
Bank and payment-provider processing begins after the refund is issued.
| Payment route | Estimated processing |
|---|---|
| Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay | 7 business days |
| Klarna or Affirm | 10 business days |
| Affirm virtual card | Up to 45 days |
Check your email, order history, and support conversation for confirmation. Missing return parcels or overdue refunds should be reported through the order’s help conversation.
