When should I expect my order to arrive?

The delivery estimate for a device appears on its product page. Use that estimate when planning for your order.

Understanding delivery dates

• Delivery calculations use weekdays from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
• For a purchase placed later than 1 PM, the delivery calculation begins at 8 AM the next morning.
• A tracking number is normally sent within 24 hours of ordering.

Each seller sets its own same-day dispatch cutoff. Ordering before a particular time does not by itself guarantee same-day shipment.

Allow for busy periods

Holiday demand, severe weather, and the delivery requirements of larger products can make an order take longer. Check the tracking information for the carrier’s current progress.

Will I need to sign?

New purchases and replacement deliveries usually require a signature to help confirm that the device reached the recipient.

Can I select the carrier?

The seller assigns the delivery provider. A particular carrier cannot be requested or guaranteed through the marketplace.
