I bought the iPhone 11 Pro space gray with 256gb. I wanted to make sure the quality is new so I got the 'excellent' quality and paid more over the 'good' tier items. It was worth it to know the phone would be secured and I was glad that the vendor followed through on the deal. The iPhone arrived in 'like new' condition with 88% battery showing signs of use but the exterior is brand new and the 88% is above the minimum 80% so that's a bonus to see it's good and fresh. The space gray is very nice, better color appearance than the new 15 pro imo. I upgraded from the regular 11 and it's a huge improvement. The screen is really nice and the appearance and overall feel is so much nicer than the regular 11 in my opinion. The space gray color will go great with my omega seamaster. The build is higher quality than the regular iphones, it's worth upgrading and I was glad I could get it for a good price as refurbished.

Id definitely buy here again my phone came with a screen protector and it looks brand new, when I tell people it’s refurbished they say “what no way.” Lol however the 11 pro cases are SO HARD TO FIND INSTORE. Now my only issue is batter, it’s not a big problem rn so I’ll send it in when I feel necessary since I have the protection plan but other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. I was skeptical at first but I recommend this site to everyone now.

This is my second time ordering from the RefurbLane. I bought from the same seller both times, and I have to say, I am highly impressed with this order. The last time I ordered from this seller, I ordered a fair condition 256gb silver unlocked iPhone 11 Pro. The battery health came at about 79% and the speakers did not produce sound good. However I was in urgent need of a phone so I kept it anyways. However this time when ordering, I got the good condition 256gb gold unlocked iPhone 11 Pro and I have absolutely no complaints. The battery health is at %100, i haven’t got any notifications about the phone containing non apple parts, the speakers work well, and everything is in top shape and the phone overall came with all the specifications described. I was worried I was gonna get another faulty buy but I am more than pleased with this buy. Go put this phone in your cart people!!!!

I could not be happier with my purchase. I chose “good” condition, but the phone I received is better than good. The case is in excellent condition and with the exception of one or two extremely light scratches on the one side of the screen (virtually invisible), this phone is beyond my expectation. The camera takes great photos and is definitely superior to the camera on my iphone 6S!! Not only that, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that the battery health on this phone was at 100%. I had tried twice to purchase an iphone 11 Pro (different color and only 256gb) from a local big box retailer that specializes in electronics, and in both instances, although the phones themselves were in great condition for being preowned, the battery health was below 80% and would have had to be replaced. Worse, the cost for those phones was $150 more than what I paid for the iphone from RefurbLane, plus I would have had to spend another $90 for a battery replacement. I returned the "big box" phones, and after a recommendation from a friend and doing some research, I decided to go online and take a chance with RefurbLane. I'm so glad I did. I would absolutely trust and buy from RefurbLane again. One more thing....I ordered Midnight Green and I love the color. I’m definitely a satisfied customer!!
