Really good scooter, was basically brand new with minor scratches, but rides really good and is extremely intelligent, be aware that when you first start riding it, the battery will drop real fast as the scooter’s battery management systems adjust accordingly to your riding style and other stuff lol, but after 2 charging cycles you should be able to get around 15 miles of range, assuming average speed of 9-12 mph

scooter came out of the box initially looking decent, minimal wear and tear. but when I went for the first test ride, I apparently discovered that the front fork was bent backwards from the previous owner most likely crashing it. so whenever I stood on it, the deck would press into the front fender and cause a loud squeal as it was rubbing on the front wheel. upon further inspection, the front suspension pole under the rubber accordion cover thing was dented and pitted. plus I wish more packing material was used, lots of empty space left in the box. so that was a bad experience for my first purchase of a refurbished scooter. silver lining, customer service was great and quick for resolution and refund. I'll just spend the extra $200 and get a new one at this point.

I am Thoroughly pleased with my refurbished Segway!! I had a wonderful experience with the RefurbLane app from the beginning. For starters, the price was very desirable, the description was honest and easy to interpret, leaving me confident in my order. Following the wonderful experience of shopping, after placing my order I received an email stating I would be receiving my scooter 7-10 days from the date I had placed my order. When I’m fact I received my scooter in 1/2 that time! The assembly was very simple and the directions were very easy to read. The battery was already 3/4 of the way charge md, so I had my scooter on the road in no time at all!! I did have one question regarding the headlight. I text the support number & the staff responded to me quickly and answered all my questions. They even followed up with me the following day! With gas prices as high as they are, I ride my scooter for all my errands within the city. I will absolutely be a life long customer of RefurbLane!!

ordering this scooter was a horrible idea. don't do it. the first one they sent didn't even turn on. i asked for a refund but they sent a replacement instead, this scooter it's HEAVY and on my first ride, after a full charge, the battery died after 4 miles. i'm currently stranded outside writing this review. thanks alot for the waste of money and time, this entire process has been a nightmare through and through.

Quality was excellent because it seems completely brand new not at all what I was expecting due to it being refurbished.One suggestion is to make sure people know to adjust the disk brakes immediately as soon as you receive because a lot of times they aren't adjusted in the factory which I found out is pretty common for e scooters in general. Another thing is to make sure people have a tube valve extender with a male and female ends to inflate tires due to the valve stems losing a lot of air quickly which makes it a pain to fill up tires It's a really good scooter and I definitely plan to enjoy it this summer 😊.
