The Appliance Distributors shipping vendor contacted me about the Midea unit KAW10C1AWT being very damaged and offered a Frigidaire unit instead. After seeing pictures I approved them to ship that unit. The Frigidaire model # I received is FHSC/OZWB1. I can forward a pic of the hand written number if I read it incorrectly. Upon delivery the package was well protected and it worked fine when I tested the unit. It's currently too cold to use AC daily in my area right now. So far very please with this purchase.

The air conditioners are good in working condition, few dings and dents. Open box items. Doesn’t include side panels they have to be purchased extra. I ordered 2 units and received 2 different models both Frigidaire they were the same BTU rating, even though I ordered the same model. My main reason for 4 star rating is the slow shipping time. Other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase because the price was right.

Much nicer than described. Some cabinet damage, but that's what you expect with scratch and dent. Unit was obviously dropped by the carrier, which added a minor crack to a bottom corner. Substantial packing prevented the damage from being much worse. Works perfect. No complaints.

Came fully refurbished as expected and it works just as well as expected for 5000 BTUs. Quite a decent deal too! This was my first transaction with RefurbLane and I am very pleased.

Delivery was fast. The item was packed so well the UPS guy commented on how nicely it was secured like three times. The unit works as described and matches the description visually!

Well it's in great shape and I'm in the process of removing my old AC and replacing it with the Midea. I'm very satisfied with the service and the AC
