At first, I was a little reluctant to buy a refurbished item. However, I gave RefurbLane the opportunity and trust, and let me tell you, it is the best decision I made. I was updating my phone from an iPhone 6s, and I was in the market for something aesthetically pleasing and reasonable within my budget. As tempted as I was to buy the newest iPhone directly from apple, I realized it was a lot of money for a cellphone. I always loved the simplicity and elegance of the iPhone XS design, and after looking around a for a bit, I stumbled upon a gorgeous iPhone XS gold in RefurbLane. I took my chance and I ordered that same day. It took roughly 4 days through USPS to arrive, and it came inside a small box, wrapped with bubble wrap. It included the charging cable without the dock nor the earpods (which is fine, since I already had my own). I have been using my iPhone for about 5 weeks now, and I am simply in love with it. The condition was marked as "good", and it has some tiny scratches on the sides, the kind you cannot avoid when you have used an item for a while. The screen is in mint condition, and the glass in the back came with some tiny scratches that are barely noticeable (unless you look for them). I bought a clear floral case and a heart shaped ring, and it looks brand new. The camera is in mint condition as well. I highly recommend shopping here, my experience has been very pleasant. I am actually waiting on my latest purchase (one iPad pro rose gold); fingers crossed everything runs as smoothly as my first one.

When my first order (ordered Good condition) arrived, there was a sizzle coming from the earpiece speaker and the battery health was under 80% so I contacted the seller (Cellfeee) and was immediately able to get a return shipping label to send the phone back and get a replacement. The replacement arrived a week later and they also included a free case. The replacement phone came with a screen protector, had no scuffs or scratches along the sides and back, and only had a few scratches on the screen, and the battery health was 84%. Overall great experience and would totally buy refurbished again and I recommend the seller Cellfeee.

I ordered an iPhone XS 64gb, silver, unlocked, described in "very good" condition. The iphone was in extremely good condition! The iphone looks "like new", with only a tiny, very minor scratch on the camera bezel that is almost unnoticeable. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it was supposed to arrive the following Monday, well, it arrived on Friday in just three days!!! The iphone was bubble-wrapped and in a generic box with a generic cable. The transaction was extremely smooth and so far, the iphone is working perfectly fine (hope it stays like this, but if it does not, it has a two year warranty). IT WAS AMAZING PHONE IS INSANE FOR ITS PRICE AND CONDITION. It’s basically as good as new with a 98% battery capacity and pretty much perfect everything cable included only thing was the side which had a minuscule amount of discoloration but I have a phone case anyways so it doesn’t bother me at all thank you so much before this I had an iPhone 6s Plus and it was horrible dying every 20-30 minutes with only 32gb storage and I’m not even overrexaggerating it was bad even if I wasn’t using the phone it would still die. So I am very appreciative of this phone at such a low price quite literally life changing. I will be buying from everytime I purchase a device.
