I purchased the Lenovo IdeadPad with a 12th gen I5 cpu. The notebook was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition. I went to the Lenovo site and the notebook serial number was immediately recognized as a refurbished item with a one year warranty. Overall I grade the purchase as a 5 star experience.

I was pretty nervous about not buying from a regular store. I am very happy with the laptop I received. I looked brand new, was packed well, and everything seems to be completely functional. It has worked great for the 2 weeks I've had it.

It works perfectly. It’s clean and has no physical damage. I received it exactly when predicted, and it was well packed so there was no damage during shipping. I’ve ordered from RefurbLane before, and will continue to do so for tech.

i was skeptical about the laptop before i bought it because i’ve never bought refurbished tech before, but i can genuinely say i love this laptop. it has high speeds, it’s not super heavy for its size, the LED keyboard displays helps in the dark, and it’s very customizable. i’d recommend it to anyone! it’s great for school or casual use!

So glad I found RefurbLane and the laptop I got. It was such a good deal, and it is basically brand new, without a single scratch or defect. I can't believe I got suc a good deal. There's no reason to even shop anywhere else for electronics. It even came a day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive.

Item looks and works like new and was well under half the price of buying the same exact laptop new at a major box store. That makes two very positive purchases from RefurbLane so far and there will be more.

I'm no tech enthusiast, but it seems to be exactly what it said on the tin! Arrived intact and quickly and the price was much better than I was expecting. My friends said it looked like new and guessed it had cost about $300 more than it actually did.

This laptop performs nicely, operating smoothly without any glitches or performance issues. The battery life is surprisingly decent, which I did not expect from a refurbished device. I purchased the laptop in a ‘Very Good’ condition, anticipating minor scratches. But the actual condition seemed closer to ‘Good’. The adhesive from the cover sticker attracted my cat’s hair, prompting me to remove it. Upon removal, there were some very noticeable scratches and chips, as well as some tiny dents near the touchpad. overall 7/10
