I love the wide touchscreen and fast processor. Even though I got the fair one, it looks relatively new! 10/10 so far

I purchased a Surface Pro 5 in good condition from Koala Stash. The surface arrived along with a power chord in great condition. I did not receive a keyboard, initially, although I expected one based on how the Title and Description had listed, "QWERTY". I let RefurbLane know of the issue. After a few emails back and forth with Koala Stash, they provided the keyboard at no additional cost to me. They even shipped it overnight! I requested that they have their description and listing adjusted so that other buyers would not mistakenly get the impression that a keyboard was included. Please check with Seller before buying to see if they are including the keyboard on this listing. I have been using the Surface daily for video conferencing, word processing, Internet browsing, organizing years worth of family pictures and videos. The Surface has handled everything with great speed and smoothness. Absolutely no issues with this laptop. I look forward to using it to do some home audio recording and other things. I am extraordinarily happy wiht the quality, condition and speed of this Surface for my use.

This was in really great condition (much better than "good" as it was marked). There was only one small scratch on the back and no scratches on the screen. It works as expected, arrived very quickly, was available at a very good price, and is very clean and nearly perfect. The tablet itself is very light, feels sturdy, and works quickly for web based school and work tasks (I haven't tried anything else yet).

Original Review Below (Updated Review Follows) Ordered 2 Surface Pro 3s. This is not what I recieved. I was sent just the regular 3. Still awaiting an answer from seller as to the discrepancy and possible resolution. Will update review when an outcome is reached but as of now I am not happy. All negative marks are based on the fact that what I received is not what was ordered and not on the actual item received. *Update* First response from Coetech was a bit surprising. Basically consisted of, " you ordered pro 3s, we sent pro 3s and a dead link to a microsoft description. Really? It wasn't starting very good from a customer service aspect. RefurbLane on the other hand was right there. After contacting the seller I immediately was contacted by RefurbLane letting me know they were aware of my concern and standing by to intervene should I not be satisfied with the results of my inquiry. That was reassuring. After providing the seller with some information on the devices I received they realized that I was correct and had not received Pro 3s but 3s. They offered a full return/refund or partial refund should I decide to keep the devices. Unfortunately an exchange was not available but I am not going to hold them accountable for what they have in stock at any given time. I decided to keep the devices and accept the partial refund. The devices were in great condition both aesthetically and operationally. Battery life is great too. Over all very happy with the devices and the outcome of the debate over the discrepancy. Coetech initially got wrong but did make it right. I just hope that they learn to look into customer concerns a little deeper and with a little more understanding from the beginning. Mistakes happen and both customers and businesses need to understand that. For myself, as a customer, the mistake is never really the issue. The issues arise when the company I am doing business fails to acknowledge the mistake or discount the customers feeling about the mistake. A few questions regarding my concern could have cleared things up with little effort. Confirm or disprove things, don't just come out and tell customers they are wrong and you are right. Coetech did make things right and the quality of the devices sold are very nice. This experience would not deter me from doing business with them again or recommending them to others. Also very satisfied with RefurbLane. Although they did not need to get involved they were right there ready to step in if needed and that instills confidence in the consumer. Thank you Coetech and RefurbLane for the great products, the consumer support and for doing the right thing.

My item came in a day earlier than anticipated and I was happy to learn it included both the keyboard and stylus. The item was marked as “good” but outside of minor scratches on the back of the tablet it was in pristine condition! Everything has been working smoothly so far and I am very satisfied with my purchase! Will definitely look to Justmac for future purchases!

We were pleasantly surprised when we we received the surface pro in the mail. It is in beautiful condition. My husband has been using it and he loves it…he says that it stays charged for a good 7 hours. So far, we have no complaints. Well, worth the purchase .

My used tablet might as well have been new. It’s perfect. Even the battery health tested like virtually a new tablet. (It had only been through 6 charge cycles). Very pleased. 10/10. Will recommend RefurbLane to friends and family.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - 12" arrived in a well packed box. The only imperfection was a slight scratch on the back of the tablet (the silver backside). The computer looks flawless otherwise. The functionality is spot on and there are no issues. I am in my second week of adding apps, browsing the web and adding external devices like printers and scanners without issues. A solid machine that I will use for a long time I am sure.

My Surface Pro 3 came quickly in the mail and I was not disappointed. It came as described in "mint" condition with no damage to the screen. There were just a few surface scratches on the back however very slight. I was wary of buying something refurbished but their warranty made me feel a bit more comfortable. RefurbLane has definitely given me more confidence in refurbished products. I will definitely be recommending them to others and buying from them again. A+++ transaction. Thank you!
