Quality of the product was great. It was a used x box 360 and looked brand new. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it or not so I had emailed the seller. Without hesitation he sent me a return label free of charge when dropping the product off at ups. Within 3 to 5 days it was on our doorstep which was a relief because it was a Christmas present and my last minute planning had me ordering a week before. My son absolutely loves it and plays on it every day. Best Christmas present as what he continues to tell my husband and I.

Quality of the product was beyond exceptional, the systems runs well and barely any signs of use. I had to get a new chord for the controller but beyond that great purchase!!! Delivery was fast and updates quickly.

The console itself was scuffed to hell and back, with scratches, smudges, and the like. Could tell they very clearly didn’t clean it. Everything that came with it was cheap third party crap. The cables, the controller, it all felt very cheap as none of it was Microsoft brand. Suffice to say I won’t be ordering from those refurbishers anymore.

After struggling to figure out what was wrong with my old Xbox 360 I decided to try a refurbished one now that I can find them again! (COVID). The deal was a good one, they sent several emails describing what would happen and how to contact them for help...very comforting! they gave a window for delivery and it arrived sooner than expected (always good). played it over the weekend and it's working fine. Very happy with this purchase so far.
