The headphones are phenomenal. They sound incredible, they’re in ridiculously good shape, the charging box is even in great condition, and they came with a few different earbud options, one of which I hadn’t seen before and fits my apparently weird shaped ear holes perfectly! The headphones came a day early so that’s a plus. Honestly, I’m really happy with my purchase and with BM. I know the idea of selling refurbished isn’t new but BM makes this whole thing feel so much less sketchy, everything is well priced or you can find a price that works for your budget, and their marketing is on point. I’ll be coming back for future needs.

Looked brand new to me. Work like brand new. No complaints what so ever. I did replace the cushions with something better as i don't think they are factory Beats cushions, but for the price, well worth it to be comfy.

Awesome Powerbeats Pro. They look practically brand new and each one last over 10 hours, if used separately.

I ordered the PowerBeats Pro in the navy color and the mint condition; they're amazing! There aren't any visible scratches on the case or the headphones themselves. The buttons works and the sound quality is really nice too. The headphones came with a charging cable and three different sized ear tips. I had a little trouble figuring out how to adjust the headphones to my ear and make them fit comfortably, but that'll come with practice. I'd suggest putting the headphones back in the case when you're not using them because the battery will drain quicker, however, I'm pretty sure there's an auto shut off if you don't. Super happy otherwise!

I am really happy with these earphones. They work well and are in very good shape as described. I have AirPods Pro and really like the way they fit, but I have tiny ear openings, so I had to buy hooks so they would stay in when I run. These come with the hooks and stay in perfectly. The sound is very good. They arrived quickly. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

Product looks great, for a "fair" it's way better than described ("scratches can be visible"). The earbuds take some time to get use to for the install on your ear (maybe because I had an inside ear before), but once it's there, great sound quality and very comfortable and light. I wish it would cut a bit more from outside noise but still love them. Package arrive SO fast, I was very surprised. And again, felt like almost-new products.

Basically like new, came in its original box and everything it would’ve came with. Including the different sized ear plugs. Can last me almost an entire 10 hour shift (if charged 100%) However, sometimes they don’t connect to my phone for some reason which is a little annoying.
