Perfect experience: excellent quality product, pristine packaging, easy to track shipping process. I would highly recommend RefurbLane to anyone shopping for a Bose headset or other electronics.

The sound is really good, really enjoyed it. But it says excellent condition and it clearly isn’t. There are very large scratches on the branches and the cover is missing at the end. I am therefore disappointed with the condition of the product

Wrapped a little funny, but the headphones are perfect for me. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

The headphones randomly stopped working after the 30 day return window. I sent them back according to the instructions. I was told that I’d be contacted within 5 business days. It’s been over 5 business days now and I still haven’t heard anything from the seller. I really need these headphones for work but I’m hesitant to purchase a new pair because I have no idea whether or not a refund will be issued. I hate to write a negative review but I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $250. I don’t blame RefurbLane since it seems to be an issue with the seller. However, I won’t be buying from this website again. It would have been a lot less trouble to pay the extra money to get a new pair rather than dealing with this headache.

This was one of the worst experiences with this company that I’ve had. My order never actually got delivered. UPS tracking showed that they had an issue with the address and returned the package to the sender but the RefurbLane website showed that my package was delivered. When I reached out to customer service three separate times I was told someone was looking into it but never received any updates about the status of the order and when I asked for a refund no one responded. So I have not received my package, have no information on where it is, and no one will respond about me getting a refund and I initially ordered this three weeks ago. My wife and I have ordered multiple items from this company before but I will be hesitant to order anything else from here given this experience.

The customer service , delivery & communication was ok. But the product detail was misleading. They implied that the headphones were Bluetooth enabled but upon receiving it was not the case
