I When i first received the headphones they worked well--But after a week of ownership i went to Europe for vacation-they did not sync to wi-fi or bluetooth and upon retuning home-they still do not work and after working with customer support--The units will be returned for a full refund as they are no longer working. So the End result--Great support but the restored unit was a failure

Headphones arrived in great condition. There weren’t any instructions included so had to go online to figure out the set up. Also not the greatest at noise canceling but did a good job for the price.

So far the headphones are working well. The headphones shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. They came in their case with a charging cable and an aux cord. I looked up the functions since there were no instructions.

It feels brand new. There was a minor problem is that it was still connected to the previous owner; but it was a simple fix— disconnecting it. Overall, I’m satisfied and overjoyed about having a newer gen of an old headset :)

I'm a boomer who decided to step up my private listening game. Wow, the sound is great, and best of all, got a great price! Connected immediately to my iPhone, took little more work to get it to connect to my laptop. Very overjoyed with my purchase!
