The DualShock 4 I received was in excellent condition — looks untouched and functions perfectly. The controller was lighter in weight; the two-tone color was different which I was initially skeptical when I saw it was the CUH-ZCT2E model (a European region SKU). After some research, I confirmed it’s a legitimate Sony variant, just regionally different. No issues with performance or compatibility so far. Just a heads-up for others who might be surprised by the model number and weight — it’s still the real deal.

Device work so it's automatically better than paying full price. I and my family have previously got "excellent" iphones from RefurbLane and those looked perfect. The one thing about the controller is there seemed to be maybe not the "excellent" I expected. It's definitely subjective and not a big deal, but just a little something.

The controller came intact, and so did the packaging, everything was perfect. A little scratch here and there but that's alright, I put a playstation controller skin over it and I can't even see the scratch! The joysticks are in perfect condition and so are the buttons. It's so worth buying refurbished controllers.

My son loves his controller. He really can't tell the difference in the refurbished controller and a brand new one. He hasn't had any drift problems or sticking that can sometime occur with a well-used controller. His controller came packaged with care and in excellent condition. He's excited to use ackmarket for his future gaming needs. He was really impressed with the quality. I was impressed with the shipping. Everything made it on time or before, so my boys had a very Merry Christmas. Thank you!
