This monitor is awesome. Optics are great and I love that it swivels every which way. I love buying used products as I'm an environmentalist. This is one of the few ways to be such where tech is concerned. The monitor is in tip-top shape and better than the one I bought new last Christmas for an equivalent price. SLAM DUNK! Thanks, RefurbLane.

Was delivered early and works perfectly. There were quite a few scratches on the monitor stand. More intense than expected but just cosmetic. The monitor itself is spotless! Thanks for providing a great priced refurbished option.

The Dell P2219H monitor I received looked good physically. However, the functionality is lacking. I attempted to connect the refurbished monitor to a new docking station with a DisplayPort. Many times I did not get any display on the screen. I tried 3 new DP cables. Finally, I was able to get the screen to show my desktop, but it kept flickering on/off. The customer service I received was responsive and was direct. They were patient with trying to troubleshoot all possible problems, and ended up offering to replace my item at no additional cost. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I *love* my new monitor. I’d never heard of RefurbLane before but I am very pleased I did. Monitor works great, I’m so happy I found the discontinued model! I will definitely be a returning customer and spreading the word about this awesome company!

It's great! A nice size for my desk -- big enough to be worth it but not huge; big fan of how you can adjust the height easily and often.

My display monitor is defective. It has a persistent horizontal line across the screen. It's not blinking, but it is still very unsightly and annoying. I'm unable to get rid of it. How can this be rectified?
