Shipping was freaky FAST! I love her. She does everything I need. I have a desktop for work and just needed a laptop to handle my personal stuff - budgeting, resume editing, and my volunteer stuff. This is great for that and didn’t kill my wallet. It’s in awesome condition— I haven’t seen a scratch on it! I have purchased several devices from RefurbLane and recommend them to everyone I talk to!

I AM VERY PLEASED SO FAR. THE FAIR CONDITION HAD ME CONCERNED WHEN I FIRST ORDERED THE DEVICE BUT UPON RECEIVING IT I NOTICED HOW THE SCRATCHES WERE MAINLY ON THE SIDE OF THE COMPUTER NEAR THE PORTS AND HARDLY VISIBLE MOST OF THE TIME. AND OTHER THAN THAT THE COMPUTER FUNCTIONS JUST FINE. A PLUS IN MY BOOK!

Works as intended. Very minor defects on the paint, which is expected of refurbished items, but functions perfectly. So far so good. Delivery was fast and done professionally. As far as I’m concerned, since arrival the product meets all expectations.

I had a pretty good experience with RefurbLane. The laptop was sold in 'fair' condition' and I was pleasantly surprised that it's in pretty good condition for 'fair'. I did have to complete the Windows 11 initial setup because it wasn't complete and ready to go when I first turned it on. I'm not sure if that's how it was supposed to be? But I was able to get it set up and it's working great. Would buy from RefurbLane again.
