It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged very well. The laptop works great and does not have any signs of wear. The charger also works well.

I purchased the "Fair" option of this computer but it really exceeded my expectations. The bottom has a few scuffs but the rest is beautiful. Operation of the computer is great, very happy with this purchase! ❤️

Really happy with this laptop. Runs smoothly for gaming and video editing, and handles everything I’ve tried so far without issues. Fast, responsive, and a big upgrade for me. Perfect for what I need.

The device itself turns on and runs great. Which is all that really matters. The only thing that bothers me is that I paid for excellent quality and the bottom of my laptop actually does have a decent amount of wear especially compared to my boyfriend who bought a laptop on here in fair condition that ended up being in better shape than mine. I would return it to get it repaired but it seems like too much of a hassle. I just expected it to be less scratched.

The laptop is great. However, I had to buy a replacement power supply as the one you sent me was an HP and not compatible with my Dell laptop. Other than that, all is good.

My Dell Latitude 5420 matches the specifications and quality that was described on the website. It was delivered without issues, and I completed my setup within the first day that I received it. If I'm remembering correctly, I believe this is my 4th purchase from RefurbLane, and I will continue buying additional items whenever I need something. Keep up the good work. I am a satisfied customer!
