Ordered a Dell Latitude 5520 for my wife and RefurbLane knocked it out of the park from start to finish. Every step happened exactly when and how they said it would - no surprises, no delays, just smooth sailing. The laptop showed up in premium condition and my wife has been showing it off ever since, bragging to everyone about how fast it runs. We are absolutely coming back to RefurbLane for our next purchase - highly recommend!

Had my computer for a week now and I LOVE it! Shipping was extremely fast, I received my order 2 days after purchasing. I purchased this to use for work and I have not been disappointed. I used chatGPT to help decide which was the best computer for my needs and it also let me submit the link and confirmed that this was a a good fit for the price. There aren’t any scratches/blemishes anywhere, this is really a brand new computer. This is my 2nd purchase off RefurbLane, first was back in 2023, and have not had any issues.

I’m very satisfied with my Dell laptop. It offers excellent performance, a sleek design, and a high-quality display. The system runs smoothly, and the keyboard and trackpad are comfortable for long use.

I was nervous to receive lower specs than the laptop I purchased on the app, but fortunately everything checks out! :) There are a few reasons why I give it four stars. First is that it heats up easily. The speakers are not excellent per se… and the fingerprint sensors also barely work. Nonetheless, I’m super happy with the deal I got. Thanks RefurbLane & Wisetek! I’m not a laptop nerd, but I thought an i7 processor meant I could play games like Genshin with maxed quality settings. Long story short, I couldn’t. So, that’s another point of interest. The accessory laptop charger they sent wasn’t working so I reported that to customer service and they sent a replacement charger within two days. The laptop itself took about a week to arrive from Florida to California.

I'd been borrowing a school-provided laptop for the past couple of years but decided it was time to purchase since I'll be transferring to a new school in the fall and have some stuff I need to do online to prepare over the summer. My brother is pretty tech-savvy and introduced me to RefurbLane. I've never purchased refurbished tech before but this laptop was everything I was looking for AND well within my budget. Both the laptop itself and the charger came in perfect shape and were packaged very well. I haven't run into any issues so far but I purchased the additional insurance coverage just-in-case, which puts my mind further at ease. 10/10
