⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Laptop and Excellent Seller! I recently purchased a Dell Latitude 7390 13-inch (Core i7 8th Gen, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD), and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The laptop arrived in excellent condition—actually better than described in the listing. I was expecting some noticeable signs of wear, but the device was very clean, well-maintained, and looked almost like a much newer machine. Performance has been excellent. The 8th Gen Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and SSD make the laptop fast, responsive, and perfect for business, productivity, and everyday use. The seller was professional, the transaction was smooth, and the item was exactly as advertised. It's always reassuring when a seller under-promises and over-delivers. I would definitely purchase from this seller again and highly recommend both the laptop and the seller to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality business laptop at a great price.

I ordered the lowest tier of cosmetic damage and I can't find so much as a single dead pixel, not even a scratch on the casing. It booted right up, came fully charged, and took me less than an hour to get set up. Second computer I've purchased from here, one for my partner to work from home, and then she bought one for me and they both work very well without any issues. You won't regret it, this is the universe telling you to just go for it, forget about dipping a toe and dive straight in.

They sent the wrong laptop plus no charger. Wasted my time waiting for it. The laptop is not fully reset and it’s asking for a password

While the device is physically fine, even in fair condition The battery has been replaced with a subpar non-standard battery that barely holds a charge more than one hour and drops from 55% to one percent
