The product was as good as new. It should have been better if they mentioned that the device didn’t work with the app.

Plugged it in right out of the box and sparks came out of the base and a puff of smoke when I powered it on I immediately unplugged it and wrapped it back up and have been trying to arrange for a return without success yet even after several “chat” communications. Returns are advertised but it has not been easy, yet. The unit is useless and a fire hazard unfortunately and I hope RefurbLane will make good on a return.
