3.4/5I bought the excellent condition one and it had the same issue as another review on here. The customer service was great I got it shipped back and notified quickly but I still wanted it so I checked again and they are now selling it for more than what I bought it for. So now I’ll have to buy it for more then before

2.8/5It unfortunately arrived damaged. The fan worked great but the reason we purchased it was because of the humidifier. The humidifier piece was not working at all and when I looked into the fan, the insides looked like it had a build up of dirt inside. The good news is that the seller was willing to take it back and refund since it was defected.
