Fitbit Ionic

You did again!!! Amazing job!! This Fitbit Iconic was the second item I purchased on here and it was in Mint condition. Brand New in original box and my fiancé loved it! I can’t say enough great things of how impressed I am with not only the products but the customer service! Hands down they have won me as a loyal customer . They are always in complete communication with you and checking in to make sure your order meets your expectations. That goes so far in my eyes, because it is hard to find exceptional customer service. Thank you ! Please know, no one paid me to write this review or promise me anything in return for my review.

Excellent ! Product was practically new in the original package e it works perfectly. It is the second time that I use RefurbLane and in both cases I have got an excellent product. You are really doing a very good service. Thank You

quick delivery, and my fitbit Ionic is exactly as i expected. perfect condition. works great. less waste! yay!

Fast shipping and delivery. Better condition than described. Very happy with the purchase.

The quality was listed as good but I would say it’s great! Looked like new to me and is working great. Would definitely repurchase from them again.

the ionic shipped quickly and arrived a week before promised; there were a few scratches on the face and edge, but they were expected; i had issues setting it up and connecting it to my phone, but i haven't figured out if it was the problem with the ionic, the phone, or the Fitbit app.

I fell in love with this watch and needed all of its features and bought the first one because I found a face I could read and adjust according to the time zones I traveled in and with the app it aided in my job as an OTR truck driver. It’s backup to my cell phone alarms meant set and forget. Unfortunately Fitbit discontinued the watch about the same time they sold to google. They all now look the same. Not like this model. At that time I found that the watch lasted about 1 year to 15 months. The warranty was only good on the initial purchase balance of time if any was left and was about the same amount as a re-purchase which extended the warranty for the full year. When I learned that the most recent re-purchase had stopped working I was upset. Because there were no more new watches to be purchased/re-purchased. So I re-bought every reconditioned watch I could find. Still lasting about 1 year. I still love the watch and the sport bands. Just don’t expect the watch to last more than 14 months or so without a backup plan.
