I am very pleased with my Fitbit Charge 3. It arrived exactly as promised. I find myself exercising a lot more because of making this purchase. My wrist is skinny, so I swapped the large band with the "small" band. Perfect fit! I watched online videos to learn how to use my new toy.

I was very happy and so pleasantly surprised when I received the fitbit in much better condition than I expected it to be. Thank you for pricing fairly and the great detail you take in judging the condition of an item.
