Galaxy A10e • Locked T-Mobile

Got this phone to replace my mom's 6-year-old Samsung that started misbehaving. The Galaxy A10e was well packed and clean. Some minor scuffs on the back cover, but that's to be expected. The phone works great. Setup and data transfer were straightforward. Mom is happy to have a phone not too different from her old one.

Great looking & working phone--fast delivery--BUT it would not work with my existing carrier (Republic Wireless) and Republic is considered a VOIP not a wireless service, so I couldn't transfer my existing phone number to PureTalkUSA(which has HORRIBLE customer service, btw) so I had to return this Samsung phone.

The phone was accurately described. The phone was in excellent condition with no scratches or dents. The phone was easy to activate. My only complaint is that no charger was included and I had no way to charge a Type C phone.

It was in very good condition, and I even got it early! Overall I was very pleased with my experience.
