The phone was in excellent condition, unlocked, well-packaged and received promptly. Unfortunately after spending a lot of time trying, it is not compatible with Visible.

This is 1 of 2 phones I purchased. Another compete scam that RefurbLane won't back. I ordered it in Excellent condition yet received it in Poor condition. Back of the phone including the camera area looks like someone took steel wool to it. And the actual sides of the phone are all beat up. RefurbLane wanted me to pay to ship it it back when it wasn't even close to being perfect. Their "warranty" is a complete scam as nothing seems to actually qualify. And I have to pay for shipping something that is a complete scam by their sellers. This site used to stand behind what they sell. Not the case anymore.

I love this phone, it's great good my needs: still has a headphone jack in case my headphones run out of battery, still has a micro SD slot of for extra storage, still a great phone despite being "mid-range". Seller sent the phone next day, and it arrived on time, so I was extremely happy with the service and with RefurbLane in general. Can't wait to use this service again the next time I need a phone!

I ordered the "excellent" model and it lived up to the name! No scratches at all on the screen or back, and only a small scratch next to the flashlight. It also shipped very quickly. I appreciated the included charging cable and wall brick. Overall very satisfied with this phone and with The Geex.

The phone arrived quickly and worked out of the box; no drama involved. If I had gotten the phone as a gift and was told it was brand new, I'd have believed it. Battery life with my usage patterns comes out to about 26 hours from 100%, I've been using the battery protection function and only charging to 85%. which still accounts for about 20 hours, (that last 15% tends to last longer than the first 65%) 128GB feels pretty endless, with built in operating system and apps it fills about. 25/128 The Screen's Dimming feature is very nice for using at night, without blinding me
