Galaxy Note10+ • Locked Verizon

Phone is exactly as described 100% mint. There isn't a single scratch, ding or blemish anywhere even under extremely close inspection. All features work as they should from factory. I will not hesitate to buy from RefurbLane in the future. Only thing I can't vouch for is customer service if the was an issue with the phone. Oh yeah one more thing shipping was insanely fast even with this whole covid19 crap going on. Only downside is charger it came with is generic so I won't use it, don't want to risk battery damage.

I was very skeptical at first and sent some emails making sure that the product was as said. Well folks the Samsung Note 10 plus that I received was as stated MINT CONDITION. Except for a few minor scratches on the screen saver the phone is MINT. The battery life is awesome and all functions of the phone is perfect. Mind you I only have it 3 days but so far excellent choice to buy from RefurbLane. I had a Note 10 Plus before so this one is a perfect as the one I had. Hope this phone continues to bring me this feeling. SO BUY FROM RefurbLane.

Great phone, great tracking! The phone works great and the only noticeable scratches were around the SIM card tray. My only problem with the entire process was that the seller only paid for 1 oz of shipping, so I had to pay around $8 to pick it up from the post office. Inconvenient, but didn't ruin the overall experience. Other than that, it was a great experience! Will definitely buy refurbished again.

It turned out to be a great deal. The Note 10 looked brand new. If this is the norm for this outfit I'm impressed. I'll definitely give RefurbLane another shot when it's time to get myself a new phone or I give one as a gift.

Quality was top notch. Came with a charger and cord, but also the little tool for removing the sim card tray, which was nice. Absolutely loving this phone, especially with how much cheaper of an option this was over buying a new phone

So far (two weeks), everything about this phone seems to be in good working order. Battery life, touch screen, and camera are all top notch. The ONLY reason I didn't give this seller / product a glowing review is because upon receiving the phone, I had to perform not one, not two, but FIVE system updates which collectively took over two hours. If you're selling a refurbished device, can't you at least make sure the software is up-to-date upon shipping?

Excellent Quality, very easy to setup, great battery life, very fast phone, plenty of ram (12GB) and storage (256GB). Overall very satisfied with this phone!
