Galaxy Note20 5G • Locked T-Mobile

I'm very happy with my refurbished phone. It's in like-new condition, and everything works just fine.

Awesome the 2 day shipping was quick took about 12hrs to ship out but not complaining got the shipping number as soon as it was shipped very small scratches I was on the top witch was a drop point other very minimal but when I got it speaker port had stuff that looked like ear wax and s pen from the day that I have been using it not 1 problem course still not complaining

The note 20 I bought was in excellent condition however I chose good condition. I didn't see any scratches. The customer service and shipping was good and fast. This is my second phone with RefurbLane both phones came in excellent condition.

No complaints at all. Works great so far and looks like new. Also it worked flawlessly with my SIM card. Unlike the issues I had before.

For 400 bucks, and being the only Note 20 on my network with anywhere near this price point, I though the value was fantastic! Phone was in better condition than I thought when listed "fair" and could've been seen as "good" no doubt, and the quality of the phone and it's software are awesome. It has, in the first 2 weeks, gotten a little glitchy/buggy for a little where keyboard starts going haywire and the freezes, but we'll see, and I also thought the 128 gb note 20s were expandable, but only the ultra apparently, and that really stinks when you have a 128gb phone. Useable, but will if nothing else, at least I'll have to monitor storage as time goes on and risk slowing the phone. Bummer. I had the ultra version for a week before it was stolen, and it's a really nice step up from this phone, but at 400 bucks, I'm more than happy!

This has been a great phone and you wouldn't know it wasn't used except for one nick on the case. Excellent value

Came in perfect condition, works great! As always RefurbLane came through and exceeded my expectations. I will never pay full price for a phone again! This was my 3rd purchase as I am pulling away from giving my phone company thousands of dollars for phones for my family... ad every one exceeded my expectations and arrived faster than I could ever imagine! Thanks for all you do RefurbLane!
