The device is almost perfect condition, it had just a couple small scuff marks on the top corner on one of the sides of the body but other then that you would think I ordered excellent condition as opposed to good. Will definitely be ordering here again if I need another refurbished item! Only wish it came with a charging cube and not just USB cable but thats only a minor nitpick and no knock on the phone.

everything is working well I had the note 20 Ultra in black but it took a really nasty fall. what I liked about this one they made sure they included the Bluetooth S Pen where is my original one that I ordered from RefurbLane the seller did not include the S Pen Bluetooth version. the phone is an excellent condition working well no overheating response to super fast charging devices as they should haven't had any major failures updated fairly quickly overall very satisfied with this purchase I've been purchasing from RefurbLane a few years now so another satisfied situation thank you so much

Don't bother paying extra for premium. Phone came with some minor dents and scratches, though it was an extra $20 bucks to look like new. I can live with that part. What is most upsetting is the battery life. Delivered at 0% (meaning it couldnt survive the journey from 80% and no use). To last through the day without a charger I can barely use it at all.

Feels like new. For a device in fair condition it looks great. The screen is still very responsive and in great condition. Still a very fast and smooth operating device, I grabbed it for the stylus and drawing capabilities and I'm very satisfied with it.

Holy crap. I ordered this and it was here in my hand the next damn day. The quality was amazing! I am in love with My note 20 Ultra and mine broke, because it's an older phone I been having such a hard time finding it. I had bought one and it ended up being a fake and had to return it. When I ordered from here, I was worried id be waiting another month, and it came faster than I could've imagined, my boyfriend didn't even believe me that it was delivered! This one ended up being a better quality then the original one I had that now I'm questioning if that was real or a fake! Just amazing quality, amazing shipping, amazing price. This worked out better than I could've imagine I knew I had to leave a lengthy review lmao

I previously purchased a galaxy s21 ultra in excellent condition for my wife. It was in immaculate condition. It came in the mail very quickly and the product looked and performed flawlessly. I didn't write a review. I wanted to to make another purchase first and see if was just to good to be true. I purchased a galaxy note 20 ultra in excellent condition. 5 days later it arrived as advertised. Not a scratch anywhere came with original box and a Samsung fast charge block and cord. The Bluetooth pen worked and the phone functioned as new. The battery health diagnostic showed 93%. We couldn't be happier with RefurbLane! I will definitely be recommending their products and purchasing more myself in the near future. If you are like me and wondering how legitimate this company is wonder no more!
