I absolutely love my Galaxy S20+. This is probably my 3rd or 4th purchase from Back Water. I will never buy a new phone or computer again. You are my go-to guys. I love that you give me a choice of quality as well. I'm a customer for life!

Personally, this has been one of my most nerve wrecking experiences, having never shopped for refurbished products before and deciding to give it a try. But this... Worked out better than expected. The phone (Galaxy s20+ 5g "excellent condition") Came in pristine condition. I couldn't defect a single scratch on the body of the phone, The phones OS and processors are good as new (so smooth) and most importantly, The customer service offered was very reassuring. I will, shop with RefurbLane again!

Delivery was in a timely manner. The phone arrived in perfect condition, better than I expected. I have had the phone for 5 months now and everything is great. It came with a fast charger, which is great and it looked new. Battery life is up to par, I am happy with my purchase, and hope all is well.

Easy transaction. Order and shipment went through just fine. Phone arrived in pristine condition. After a couple of weeks, it's been flawless. Set up was fairly easy with the most critical data copied from old phone automatically. There are some apps that needed to be set up separately, but not a big deal. So far, very good.

Great decision. The phone was spotless, packaged well, free of all the bloatware that goes with carrier phones, and shipping was speedy. All I did was drop in my SIM and Micro SD, and I was off and running.

The phone arrived quickly and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. It was listed in "good" condition but appeared to be brand new. I've been using it for a week and have had no issues so far. It also had a great screen cover on the front of the phone, which I was not expecting. This is our first experience with a refurbished phone but we will definitely go this route next time we need a new phone.
