I really like it! I've been using it at work for 2 weeks now and its been good. Although for the first couple days some of the keys took a second press to type it eventually fixed itself and all they keys work! So I cant really complain, this was my first ever purchase and im very satisfied!

Love the touchscreen. It was a nice surprise. I didn't see anything in the description about a touchscreen. Only thing that's annoying is the permenant privacy screen but also, I like having the privacy screen for when im out in public. Love how the keyboard feels and sounds. Very communter friendly. I go everywhere with this computer. The Light weight, compact design is very forgiven being that I carry this thing every where with me. Very satifised with this purchase.

Big fan of the service from RefurbLane and the price I got on this item. Everything booted up perfectly well (I put on Ubuntu and started web app work immediately in Cursor) and it handles tasks well. There is a cover sticker on the top of the laptop which makes me curious what it looks like underneath that, but no need to peel it so I'm not going to check it yet. For the price and service, I'd buy from RefurbLane again without question.

The laptop arrived in excellent condition and runs great so far. I wish it had a touchscreen, but for just a little over $200, I am not mad at all. I bought it to be a travel laptop, and the sturdy aluminum case should make for a tough travel device.

I really enjoyed using RefurbLane! This was my first time ordering, so I was a bit nervous on how everything would turn out. The quality of the laptop was great, and everything was cleaned + it all worked. Delivery came at a good time, and I loved how they took care of the packaging of the laptop. As well as having it be bubble wrapped/more protected in the box too. I've also had no problems with the Hp laptop! :)
