Inspecting the device, there was a little to no imperfections and it came with a new battery. While it’s nice buying used phones, this certainly is a better experience for me. The iPhone 12 runs well and I’m pretty happy with the device as a hold over phone. No complaints.

The phone was as described, I was looking for the lowest price iPhone in any condition to replace my broken iPhone immediately. When it arrived I was surprised that the phone looked almost brand new, it was true to the description's statement of the phone's condition, it only had a couple micro scratches you can hardly see, but it didn't matter to me. Looks almost new. Screen is in perfect condition - not a scratch or mark on it. Everything works perfectly. There are some slight scrapes on the bottom and one on the side, but other than that you could not tell that it was not a new device. There was a warning that the phone did not contain a genuine apple battery, but that went away after about 2 weeks, and the battery capacity was excellent to the point it was indistinguishable from the stated capacity of a real one. Overall very, very satisfied.

I purchased a locked (T-Mobile) iPhone 12 that was listed as "good condition". I received it in 3 days, and when I opened the package, I found a phone in pristine condition! Not a single scratch, either on the front or the back. The battery must have been changed because the max. capacity of the battery is 100%. The switch from the old phone to this one was a breeze (works with the SIM card). I saved $150 compared to purchasing a refurbished phone from Apple. So far, I am super happy with this purchase.

I ordered the IPhone 12 in excellent condition and that is exactly what I received. The phone is in perfect condition and appears to be new showing battery health of 100% and remaining Apple warranty coverage through March 2024. I am very happy with this purchase. The only issue I had was with FedEx. I was notified that the package was delivered and signed for but I had not received it. It apparently was delivered to a neighbor as it showed up in my mail box several hours after being notified of the delivery. This was a FedEx issue, not RefurbLane. This was my 5th purchase from RefurbLane and it won’t be my last.

I bought an iPhone 12 red t mobile locked in excellent condition, first look was unbelievable I couldn’t believe this device was not new. It was in perfect condition with no scratches or defaults. I did encounter a small issue but was resolved quickly due to the great team behind this refurbisher company. My new phone was apparently locked and when I inserted a T-Mobile SIM card the device would say SIM not supported. Long story short, I took my device in to a phone specialist where they unlocked my device, and I couldn’t be happier. And also the company went out of its way to reimburse me for that.
