Product works like new and only one scratch was on case even though it was listed as only in "Fair" condition. Otherwise it looked brand new. Great refurb job, quick shipping, fair price and seller kept me posted on status of order. I'm very pleased.

The purchase process was seamless. The iPod arrived on time. The face of the unit itself was in mint condition. The back appears to have been attacked by a screwdriver. I mounted it into an OtterBox case and it looks and works just fine. The battery isn't pristine, but that's to be expected at this price point. It took but monents to get up and running and sync with my stuff. I am overall very happy and looking forward to my next purchase from RefurbLane.

Ordering process was great, shipping was fast. The iPod itself seems to be mostly OK, but the battery meter is wildly inaccurate. I think the battery itself is OK, but the meter fluctuates constantly. After doing some research, this seems to be an issue with most or all older iPod Touches, so I'm planning on keeping it and just dealing with the issue.

The product was as advertised and I couldn't be happier. If I didn't know better, I would swear it was a brand new product. There were absolutely no problems setting it up, either. I will definitely buy more from RefurbLane. I am glad I learned about this company.
