Exceeded all expectations! Got bonus upgrades — backlit keyboard + touchscreen that weren’t even advertised. Amazing seller, amazing platform. 10/10 💯 I am already planning my next purchase. RefurbLane is the best! "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

It looked brand new! I would expect this computer to be open-box with how great the exterior looks. And I've found no problems with it so far. Definitely worth every cent that I paid for this beautiful machine.

I love this Thinkpad. It's almost perfect. The battery doesn't hold a charge like it would if it were new, but it works just fine!

It was marketed as in Excellent condition and what arrived is in Near-New condition. I downloaded MS Office 2024 and use my cellphone as a Mobile Hotspot: everything works perfectly.

First thought it was gonna have some marks and scratches but no computer turned out brand new. It turned on and the battery holds a really good charge at 90/100

The laptop arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition! I was honestly surprised with the quality of the laptop. I have never purchased a refurbished laptop before, and I can honestly say that I will definitely purchase from RefurbLane again! I do have a slightly decreased battery life, but I also have another monitor connected to the laptop so that is to be expected. Before I had the 2nd monitor, I was able to use the laptop for 10hrs before I received a low battery warning. So now I just plug it in after about 5hrs of use, it's no big deal since I work at a desk. The memory and speed are fabulous since I use it for my publishing company. This was definitely a fantastic buy, and it saved me a lot of money over buying a brand new one! This is the place to go if you need to purchase electronics!

My laptop came in brand new condition, could not tell that it was used or refurbished. Also came with the 100watt wall charger unit.
