Worked great for a few days then it wouldn't connect to Wifi but would through Ethernet. It took me a couple of hours to fix it myself. It seems some adapter got installed incorrectly when refurbishing - maybe? I hope no other issues come up.

Laptop was in near-perfect condition. A piece of foam was placed between the screen and the keyboard to protect the screen due to the known problem of the keyboard scratching the screen on this model. Packaging was very secure. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Computer is fine after installing linux. Starting the pre installed windows 11 OS made it sound like a wannabe rocket engine. Putting a reasonable software system on it made it feel like a functioning machine instead of microsoft spyware. Would be nice if RefurbLane considered asking end users for choice of OS since you’re going to all the trouble of wiping it fresh and doing a quality check anyway.

Working great and no physical or software faults of note found! The screen seems a bit off colour, but might be user error in settings, if not that I purchased a "fair" condition unit. Overall great, and good deal as well.

I'm a computer scientist. It's been almost a year since I placed this order. I work, live, and play on this device exclusively. The condition was perfect and I saved a lot of money vs Amazon price. I've inspected it inside and out. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Got it! Here’s an updated review that reflects the missing internal battery wasn't mentioned: I recently purchased a used Lenovo ThinkPad T480, and overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The laptop arrived in great condition, with minimal signs of previous use, and the performance has been excellent so far. However, I did notice that the internal battery was missing, which was not mentioned in the product description. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. On a positive note, the delivery was exceptionally quick, and I received excellent updates throughout the shipping process. The tracking information was clear, and I was informed at every stage, which made the entire experience very smooth and hassle-free. Despite the missing internal battery, I highly recommend this company based on my overall experience. The product quality and fast, reliable delivery make them a trusted seller, and I will certainly consider buying from them again in the future.
