90% is fine but I had to use a secondary charger port under the main because the main doesn't work. the screen poped out but luckily I just poped it back in and it hasn't done so again. for the price it is amazing runs better than was suggested so that's a ++

System worked fine. Had some black shining covering sticker on it to make it look new but wasn't bad. Removed the stickers from keyboard as it was blocking backlit light. Screen is perfect, CPU ram got more than I asked for. Good battery life about 5hrs video play.

DO NOT USE RefurbLane. I needed this laptop for school and of COURSE I was sent a laptop that is still registered to another company, meaning I can't even finish setting it up. Nobody will tell me HOW this happened which leads me to believe it's a stolen laptop??? I paid for an "excellent condition" machine and was sent a laptop with three very visible scratches on the mouse pad, and I can't even use it. Customer service is garbage, I'm going back and forth with them and the seller at the same time, and I keep getting different answers and "solutions". THERE ISN'T EVEN A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR SITE, so I am at the mercy of 1 business day response times to messages that I needed resolved LAST WEEK. At this point I just want my money back. I'm absolutely livid. Never, ever again.

I have already graciously received technical assistance to troubleshoot faulty keys and am returning the device for repair or replacement, but I have also received two auto emails asking me to leave a review with no option to reply, so here is my review. I do wish I had receiced a functional laptop. I am grateful it is being taken care of.
