Lenovo ThinkPad X390 13-inch (2018) - Core i7 - Gen 8 (U) - 8 GB - SSD 256 GB

I needed a laptop but was on a tight budget, so I took a chance on this refurbished Lenovo, and I am glad that I did. All in, with a 2-year warranty, I paid less than $300.00 for what is essentially a brand-new laptop. Cosmetically, there is no indication that this machine has been used, and it works flawlessly. Also, it shipped shockingly quick. I ordered just prior to Christmas, with no expectation that it would arrive prior to the holiday, and it arrived within 2-days. Definitely a great first experience with RefurbLane!

Awesome laptop, very speedy, thin and reliable so far. Great price for what I got. I do eventually plan to upgrade the ssd as 256gb isn’t a lot of space but that’s not a high priority as I do have an SD card for additional storage.

I LOVE RefurbLane. I buy all of my tech and electronics from here and this is the first time I’ve had a problem but the laptop you sent me was locked with the account of its previous owners. That said, customer service was great and helped me get things sorted. I haven’t received a replacement yet, so we will see how things turn out.

I honestly didn't realize it had a touch screen when I ordered it but it's in great condition as if I bought it new

Great, everything as expected

I have had three different experiences with RefurbLane. This being my third purchase. The first was an iPhone and it went great. The second, a Lenovo laptop, not so great. Wrong amount of RAM in the item i received. This is the third experience and by far the worst. Wrong year, wrong condition, and a terrible toxic smell when I opened it. I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like people should know to make the most informed decision.

It’s been less than a week and I have to return the device. This is a major, inconvenience I am without a laptop. I was under the impression that the devices were refurbished before being sent out. Very disappointed in this app.
