Top notch! Shipping was stupid fast. The standard shipping was 2nd Day Air. Shipped on Tuesday and arrived by noon on Thursday. Packaging was/is always a concern of mine, we all know how little couriers care about the packages they're delivering. It was in a box about 1.5x the size of the computer in height and width, and about 5 inches tall, inside the item was in this awesome inflated envelope type packaging that would keep it safe and secure from anything short of being sat on. It was even packaged with tamper evident tape to ensure that you could see that the package had not been opened prior to delivery. The condition of the product is of course above reproach. Listed as "Good" and as usual, is absolutely SPOTLESS! Not a scratch, dent or scuff in sight! My only concern, will only be addressed in time. With refurbished Macs my main concern is battery condition. Especially in a 2015-2017 Retina MacBook (The 12-inch one) because they don't have the usual multi-cell battery in one single casing. Instead they have 6 individual cells that are individually wrapped in thin plastic and fragilely connected to one another, and aggressively glued to the bottom of the case. I will update my review when I know more about the battery performance. This is my second purchase from RefurbLane. And let me tell ya, it will be far from the last. I have always had such a great experience I have referred at least half a dozen friends and family and most of them have ordered from RefurbLane at least 2-3 times. Granted some people have poor experiences, though I would expect most of them to be just bad luck or overly high expectations. I can't speak for all refurbishers/retailers/sellers who are on the platform. But I have always checked the individual sellers reviews and how long they've been on the platform. I am proud to report that 'Global Resale' is among the best of them. Pricing is always among the best I can find, often within $10 of eBay, Newegg, etc. and we all know how things can go when buying Apple products on eBay. The small difference in price is well worth the standard warranties and the peace of mind that comes with RefurbLane purchases.

I very much enjoy using my new (to me) MacBook. I'd always had the MacBook Pro in the past, but now that I'm retired, don't need as much from my computer. This little jewel is truly in mint condition as described, which pleases me every time I use it — and I love the space grey shell. The battery is still at somewhere around 95% capacity — how great is that?? And it's so light, it's really a pleasure to handle. Shipping came right on time and the laptop was packaged well so that everything was protected. No complaints! Thank you RefurbLane for providing a reliable source of used and refurbished computers. It's a real service both to the customer and to the environment. While I had to go through some disappointments with another seller, I'm happy to say that the RefurbLane staff helped me through all the way to a satisfying conclusion. Thanks!

Delivered well before estimated date. Ordered the version in "good" condition and it is like new with no scuffs or blemishes. Seriously shocked at the value for money! The MacBook itself is pretty speedy for its age. I don't love the idea of the disposable electronics world we live in and this MacBook will meet my needs for the next few years. Amazing what this company does; I was indeed quite skeptical and nervous about what would come in the mail, but I am utterly blown away by the quality for price. I was saddened that my beloved 2013 MacBook Air finally died (that lasted for almost 10 years and I put it through a lot), but this new toy is quickly alleviating my grief. :)

on it right now. got delivered 2-3 earlier than expected (thank God for UPS). got it in good condition and it seems more like perfect condition to me! everything works, all buttons, the charger, the keyboard and everything in general. presentation of the laptop is great and is up to date with the current mac os (12.4 2022). for a 2016 MacBook i highly recommend, especially if its your first one trying to get used to everything (like me). 10/10, 5 stars from me :).

The MacBook is in excellent condition with only 109 battery cycles. Except couple of sticky keys which may caused by coffee spill, everything else is like new.

The product was in great condition, saved $ compared to other stores. I turned on the computer, worked fine. It was not the model I wanted and had an easy return with no hassle. The packaging was protective and arrived quickly, the same week I ordered. Customer service was a responsive and prompt reply to my questions. I returned the product free shipping via UPS return/exchange label was included. I would order again from RefurbLane.com. -thank you. Received via UPS

I received my laptop 2 days earlier than expected, which was cool. The laptop is working fine and this is from a week of using it. I got mine in “very good” condition and there are visible scratches when gotten close to. The charger is working good but it came a little dirty. I’ve not had any technical issue since I have been using it and it works like a brand new laptop. I highly recommend for anyone having doubts.
