It was actually just right. There was no problems with turning on or using anything on my Macbook Air 2017. The screen is perfect and it looks as though it is brand new.

My laptop works amazingly. I’ve been using it for school. It’s been an amazing purchase. It has a couple of scratches, but I honestly don’t mind.

So I ordered in "good" condition but this thing is in near perfect condition!! Only one minor scratch and the battery is at 86% (which is fine). I do wish it would have come with an OEM Mac charger but oh well. As far as performance, I have zero complaints, it runs like a dream. I'm very happy with this purchase. It even arrived a few days ahead of schedule which is always nice. Thank you!

First I will say I definitely recommend buying from here. When I first found this website I was skeptical at first and did what you'd likely do, your research. So I searched the website to find if it was reputable and what others have said about the products outside of this website and look at the reviews both good and bad (but maybe the very good or bad reviews can just be made up or exaggerated, idk just my thoughts). I found that most of the bad reviews were about the customer service rather than the products themselves so I thought they couldn't be that bad. Now to get into more helpful details. I was confused as to why certain prices varied so much with esthetic condition and model but I found out it is like craigslist in a way where two people could be individually selling the same thing but ask for different price, so the varying price is not a big issue. The other note I think is really important to take into consideration is the esthetic condition, make sure you read the description and what you'll expect to see from it. I made sure to just look for products under "very good" because "mint" seemed a bit much for what I was looking for. Checkout went somewhat smoothly, I only had issues because I used the affirm payments and it could not verify my address, but after a few tries and tweaking the billing address it went through fine. I received tracking information three days after the purchase and the computer arrived within a week which I was actually very impressed about. Now for the actual computer. I waited till I could transfer my storage info from computer to computer and gave it an extra few days of use to write this review on the mac that I just bought. This 12-inch macbook with 512g storage and 16gb ram is working absolutely great. I've transferred startup disks and everything is working wonderfully. As I mentioned I went for the "very good" condition and it pretty much looks and runs like it's brand new. The battery life, lights, keys, trackpad, audio, and camera all work very nicely and have not given me any problems. Also with the 30-day money back guarantee and the 1-year warranty that comes with all their products, I think this is definitely worth giving it a chance.

It’s a gamble ordering a 12” MacBook in 2025. This one was said to be in excellent condition and I gave it a shot. The computer is great shape and was able to update to MacOS Ventura and is completely functional other than the Bluetooth connection. I have not been able to troubleshoot this issue and can’t tell if it’s a hardware or software issue, or a combination of the two with a 2017 model computer. I ended up just buying some wired headphones and I’m good. Otherwise the 12” is great and I’d love to find one more as a backup in case this one does have a problem at some point. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with RefurbLane and my purchase.

Got a 250gb M3 chip MacBook in good condition and it works great! Barely has a singular scratch on the back of it but other than that looks flawless. It is smaller than what I’m used to, switching from a 2015 MacBook Pro, 13.3 inch, but it feels great when using. Would recommend!
