The appearance is great. I never thought a refurbished laptop would look this good. There are no dents or scratches, and it has been working perfectly so far. The delivery was excellent, and the tracking updates and communication throughout the shipping process were very good.

Nothing wrong with it, not even esthetically. The charger being original is a big plus.

I've only had it for a couple of hours but initial impressions are awesome. Thought it might be silver per the listing pictures but it is actually black which was my preference. I also got it in "fair" condition, but this thing looks really really good. A few tiny dings at the edges, while the keys and surface finishes on everything look awesome. I was replacing an old 2018 Samsung Chromebook, which was so far past its security update that some basic websites stopped working. This laptop is wildly similar in size and weight to my old chromebook. I am very happy so far with my purchase!
