It’s perfect! It’s super sleek and works amazingly! I’m coming from a MacBook Air! Loved my Air, but it was getting old and sluggish. Decided to go back to Windows and the Surface Laptop 4 was the best choice for me!

The device works good as promised I really like it however, I will be returning it because I did not know that you cannot connect to surface tablet directly to the Internet. There’s no connection for that. You cannot wire it directly to your router.

Overall very positive experience so far; no noticeable performance degradation, no visible scratches / dents on hardware (despite the “Fair” condition rating). Only drawback is the weak battery life, but I suppose that is to be expected buying a 2019 vintage laptop.

booted right up worked as if new. Condition fair is not a correct assessment. This was as close to new as you can get found one little nick on one corner.
