First time buying through the RefurbLane app, and it was a great experience! I bought this phone for my father, and he’s very happy with his new device. It arrived in excellent condition, and the shipping was incredibly fast it even arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommended, and I will definitely continue buying my tech products from this website!

Easy to setup. Easy to activate sim, just put sim in it. As a person with limited vision, this phone has been excellent in helping me daily.

Everything great with the device. Ordered a device in "good" condition. It seems to be in excellent shape. No scratches and functions like a new phone.

Great price and order arrived quickly. Still setting everything up and getting all my transferred apps etc. working correctly. I did lose many contacts but can rectify it easily . I ordered a case and high speed charger to recharge fast.

with consumer cellulars assistance the change over to new phone was pretty good. voicemail had to be adjusted and a few other areas. Big problem is speaker on outgoing calls. some recipients hear me perfectly, others hear beeping, noises, cutting in and out. I find if I sit perfectly still (not easy for me) it reduces the problem.
