I wanted to give the Switch a try, finding this one lowered the entry barrier for me significantly. It arrived at the expected condition and works great, so it's a first great experience from RefurbLane after having several fiascos from Amazon Renewed. 100% recommended.

GREAT! I was nervous about getting it from here but didn’t want to pay full price when the new one is coming out soon. Only thing is the charger is got didn’t work with the DOCK. It charges the system itself, but i cant use the dock it came with, with the charger provided. This wasn’t a big deal for me as I had an official switch charger already.

This is my third purchase in RefurbLane, the nintendo switch arrived safely and everything works perfectly. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I was just expecting it to be in slightly better cosmetic condition based on the listing. Other than that, everything is working as it should.

Got a notification that there was a price drop on the switch (thank you, nice feature!) I received it very quickly, looks in perfect shape and with all the wires, cords and a couple extras in there I didn’t expect (a case). It’s a Xmas gift so I had a friend try it out today and it works perfectly. I asked a question and was answered very quickly, and kindly by Christian. I’ve ordered a number of phones from RefurbLane and a few friends did also that I recommended them too. Always happy with the items and the wonderful service! Thanks

The switch itself works great and is great condition but there is a button on one of the joycons that doesn’t work. I would be happy to send the joycons back for repair but I don’t want to return the whole device because we are using it.
