I ordered a refurbished Oneplus 8T. On the box it says Nord 8T but it is the 8T with the 4k@60fps video recording capability. Also many people have mentioned the T-Mobile screen when it's supposed to be unlocked. That's because it was previously sold by T-Mobile. My Mintmobile sim card was easy to install and quick to work on the new phone so it's not false advertising after all.

Great phone, amazing delivery, only took about 28 hours from order to arrival. Charger complete crap (15w instead of 65w original). Why do they do that?!?! Anyway, happy. Still to test battery capacity.

First time using RefurbLane. Incredible job by RefurbLane. It was in excellent condition besides the scratch on the camera glass, but everything else about the phone looked perfect. Definitely going to be shopping with RefurbLane again.

it is an unlocked OnePlus phone that is compatible with Verizon. but I cannot order a SIM card for it because my IMEI shows up as incompatible on the compatibility checker. I talked with the help center and when they checked it says I'm compatible. they told me to order a SIM card but I tried over and over only to get a messagethat it's incompatible. why am I told it's all good when I can't order a SIM card to make it work? both techs I messaged with said it should work..

The quality of the phone was good, a few light scuffs and scratches were expected. I was surprised to see "T-Mobile" in the boot-up screen since this was sold as a totally unlocked phone. The default ring tone is of course, the T-Mobile ring tone. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was expecting a phone that was never locked to a provider. The only reason I bought this is that the brand new, carrier-free version is not available at OnePlus. The original phone shipped with a fast Warp charger, which did not come with this phone. A generic charger and cord was included, however. Other than that it seems to work fine.

it's unlocked yes, but it was not advertised as an old T-Mobile device. That's pretty disappointing.
