The phone came in great condition, Happy with the purchase. I will buy again from this site.

I bought it for my mom. You shipped it to her and she got it quickly. It's her first smartphone and she find it user friendly. She's happy with the purchase, so I'm happy with it.

I like it alot no problems of adding newer apps (instead of the "app not compatible with your device")

After buying this phone we realized it wasn’t compatible with my son's hearing aides. When we attempted to return it, it became an absolute nightmare! We signed out of the phone, factory reset it and sent it back. The seller continued to say the email was attached, we went as far as deleting my son’s google account as google advised us to do because once the account was deleted there would be no way it was attached to any phone. Yet they continued to say it was connected returning the phone to us refusing to refund our money. RefurbLane customer service was absolutely no help because they don’t even handle anything and each agent kept assuring us they would insist the money refunded and for the seller to perform a hard reset, which they never did. Between each RefurbLane customer service representative and the seller doing their own thing we have yet to resolve the issue or have are money refunded. After this whole ordeal I will NOT ever do business with RefurbLane and urge others not too either!

Supposed to be locked to AT&T. Three trips t corporate store would not put me on the network. did research and found the phone was a Cricket phone. To me it is JUNK!!!
