I am very happy with my budget minded choice of the -Samsung Galaxy A16 5G-Unlocked. I made the mistake of purchasing a phone on Ebay. The phone was lost in shipping and ultimately took two weeks to receive. I also purchased a case from Amazon. Only a couple weeks later I dropped the phone and the screen was dead. No insurance I was desperate. Having already considered RefurbLane, I researched the phone I could afford and ordered from BM with insurance and to my absolute delight and relief it arrived under 36 hours later. Additional shipping was nominal for the piece of mind. So far so exceptionally good!

It is awesome, definitely a better change from a Foxx phone I was using. It came as I wanted it and the battery life is so great.

My phone arrived on time and was nicely packaged to make sure it was protected during shipping. I had an easy setup experience and I was able to transfer all of my contacts and information from my old phone. So far I am enjoying my Galaxy A16 and its features which is definitely an upgrade from my old phone.

The set up instructions provided by RefurbLane were not useful. Advise phone recipients to download and use any one of the numerous free data transfer and set-up apps instead of trying to follow the instructions provided by RefurbLane. Otherwise, phone seems to be in excellent working order, battery is holding a charge as it should, USB-C port feels secure and unworn, and the phone looks flawless. It was also helpful (perhaps this is normal in 2025) to receive a charge cord with two male USB-C fittings to allow data transfer by wire between old and new phones in lieu of using WIFI (much faster and much more secure). Time will tell if buying refurbished was a good choice or not, but initially everything seems excellent.

I’ve been using this phone for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it. It was easy to set up, and I had no problem activating it with my carrier since it’s unlocked. The battery easily gets me through the day, the phone runs smoothly, and the screen is bright and clear. The camera takes good pictures for everyday use, too. For the price, I think it’s a great value.

Very well, thank you. I had a little trouble transferring my Hotmail emails to my new phone but Verizon helped me with that, saying I had an outdated outlook app. Thank you so much though, I really love my new phone. Thank you that it was adorable.
