Great phone so far...!!! I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't be refurbished with Samsung oem parts because my last 2 phones were supposed to have all oem parts, but when they came the screen was aftermarket... but this is truly oem! So thanks so much! Also, I absolutely love the camera... so much better than my s22 ultra. Takes up more space, but it's definitely worth it... has pretty good performance, the GPU can't quite render the graphics perfect on highest grapgics settings on Xplane, but still decent... could does great, and RAM is approximately 55-65% used all the time...( I do have 3 background apps running all the time) but still works great!!!

Arrived on time, and in much better condition than I originally expected! The only “damage” I have noticed is right around the s-pen slot. I’ve been exploring the features for a bit, and so far I’m loving the experience (I’ve been a iPhone user for 15 years and finally made the upgrade to a Samsung!)

My S23 ultra came to Venezuela two days ago, honestly it didn't came in fair state..... think it's really in amazing state, almost brand new one, just a few scratchs, but everything work totally perfect. The package also came with a data cable usb-C and a pretty silicon case with the logo of the lab (Cellfee). I wasn't expecting get it with the Spen, but there was, inside of the Phone and totally functional. And also the Phone came with a screen protector. I highly recommend the seller, was the first device that i buy here in RefurbLane, and Cellfee make it perfect.

This is the first phone I've purchased for myself, and I have to say it does not dissappoint. It is a major upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy s8 and checks all the boxes in what I wanted in a new phone. Great camera quality, more storage, responsive and larger screen. Best part was I didn't have to spend over 1k to own it. 10/10 would purchase from RefurbLane again.

This is my second time to get a phone from RefurbLane. Initially I got a Galaxy Note 10. Yes if was old, I used it over 10 years. It was a great phone. Just like new. This time I got a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Again, just like new. No problem connecting to network or transferring data from my ancient phone! I love the phone; yet I am so far behind on the technological leap from a 10 to a 23! I highly recommend purchasing a phone from RefurbLane. It is much less expensive than buying new and it helps the planet to recycle this tech. I've never had an issue to resolve with RefurbLane. Things have always been as RefurbLane said they would be. I tried to get a refurbished phone from AT&T. If was clear that they had not checked all the points that they claimed to check. RefurbLane does the job right!

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra sits at the top of Samsung’s smartphone lineup, bringing pro-level tools to everyday users. Released in February 2023, it’s only one generation old as of 2025, which means most of its hardware is still very much in the “cutting edge” club. Key highlights include its large display, distinctively integrated S Pen, and a camera system that raises the bar for mobile zoom and detail.

Key features:

Release Date: February 2023
Display: 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 120Hz refresh rate
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy
Camera: Quad rear cameras: 200MP wide, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP 3x telephoto, 10MP 10x periscope telephoto
Stylus: Integrated S Pen for note-taking, sketching, and remote control
Build: Armor Aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 front and back
Connectivity: 5G and Wi-Fi 6E compatible
Operating System: Ships with Android 13 (One UI 5.1)

Who is this for?

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is made for multitaskers, productivity pros, and anyone who needs a big screen for creative work or detailed viewing. If you’ve outgrown “good enough” smartphone cameras, the S23 Ultra’s quartet of lenses, especially that 200MP main sensor, lets you get closer or see more without a lot of extra gear. Compared to the S24 Ultra, you’re not missing much in terms of day-to-day use, but you’ll save yourself the shiny-new-tax – and the S23 Ultra still outclasses most other Android phones on the market. If you just want a basic, pocketable phone, this probably isn’t your match.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons High-resolution 200MP camera for detailed photos. Large and heavy—not for small hands or tight pockets. Integrated S Pen for precise input and productivity features. Pricey repairs if dropped—gargantuan screens tend to crack rather than bounce. Smooth 120Hz display makes gaming and scrolling feel fluid. No microSD slot—cloud storage fans won’t mind, but file hoarders might. Top-tier performance from its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. Overkill for casual users—if you just check email, the Ultra is probably Ultra-unnecessary.
Why refurbished?

At RefurbLane, every pre-owned device goes through rigorous testing to ensure it’s up to our standards—no shortcuts. If you want to see what that means, read about our quality standards here.
