it actually came in really good quality, there’s like one scratch on the back, but it’s not even that noticeable in the phone where super well and it came with a fast charger string. I love the color and the battery life seems pretty good. pretty awesome for fair quality

I purchased this phone as a Father’s Dsy gift for my husband. When he received the gift he was and still is very excited about the phone. This is my second time purchasing a phone from Backmarker and I’m extremely satisfied.

I had the Z flip five about three years ago and I loved it. I had an unfortunate mishap and just now got the opportunity to get another one. I love the phone itself. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not tell that it was used at all it arrived timely and safe safely. I love the phone and the service was prompt and as advertised thank you very much, RefurbLane!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 from RefurbLane and the experience exceeded expectations. The phone arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in excellent condition—honestly indistinguishable from new at a glance. The device itself performs flawlessly. The hinge feels solid, the screen is crisp with no visible wear, and battery life has been strong for a refurbished unit. I was particularly impressed that there were no scratches or dead pixels, which is often my main concern when buying refurbished electronics. RefurbLane’s grading was accurate (if not conservative), and the price point made this a high-value purchase compared to buying new. Setup was straightforward, and everything worked out of the box without any issues. This is my third phone purchased from RefurbLane in the last month and all have been excellent. Overall, this was a smooth transaction and a great way to get premium hardware at a reduced cost. I’d confidently recommend both the Galaxy Z Flip5 and RefurbLane to anyone considering refurbished devices.

I have never “loved” a phone per-say before but i LOVE this phone. It’s unique, easy to fit in a pocket, fun to customize, and the flipped screen can have an ANIMATED WALL PAPER. I’m deeply considering making this my daily driver over my iphone.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 brings the flip phone form factor into the present, blending a compact foldable design with solid performance. Released in August 2023, this model is now one generation behind but remains a standout for anyone curious about foldable smartphones—minus the hype. The outer screen got a substantial upgrade on this iteration, so if you’ve been resisting the flip, the Z Flip5 is Samsung’s most practical argument yet.

Key features:

Release Date: August 2023
Display: 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display (2640 x 1080 px, 120Hz refresh rate)
Cover Screen: 3.4-inch Super AMOLED (720 x 748 px)—useful for quick glances
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy
Camera: Dual rear cameras: 12MP wide + 12MP ultra-wide; 10MP front camera
Operating System: Ships with Android 13, upgradeable
Build: Armor Aluminum frame with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 cover
Connectivity: 5G capability and Wi-Fi 6E support

Who is this for?

The Galaxy Z Flip5 is made for people who want a pocketable phone with a bit of personality—think frequent commuters, trendsetters, or anyone nostalgic for the old-school flip but not ready to abandon modern smartphone essentials. Compared to classic slab phones like the Galaxy S23, the Flip5 stands out for its foldable design and practical secondary screen, though you’ll trade off a bit in camera flexibility and durability. It isn’t for those looking for pro-grade photography or the sheer ruggedness of a one-piece device.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Folds in half for a compact pocket fit. Crease in display is visible (no way around physics… yet). Useful cover screen for notifications and quick replies. Camera system is decent, not flagship-level aggressive. Premium build with aluminum and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Still not as durable as traditional non-folding phones. Strong performance with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. No telephoto camera or optical zoom.
Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished Galaxy Z Flip5 is a nod to style and sustainability. You’re extending the life of an innovative device and reducing e-waste—sounds small, but makes a big collective impact. Every phone on RefurbLane is inspected and tested against our strict quality standards, with no room for anything less than top performance. Less waste, same personality.
