Great customer service and the galaxy A20 was delivered fast. I bought the fair condition cell phone but other than minor scratches on the back, the phone looks and works great.

Acceptable C-stock. I may replace the digitizer at some point, but the price was reasonable. Only one glitch, Amazing Wireless may want to know that whatever network unlock they're using apparently has not yet updated the IMEI database. Thus, VZW tells my MVNO that this A20 is not an acceptable replacement for my now obsolete CDMA LTE phone. I had to have the MVNO switch me to a T-Mobile SIM, which will be here in a few days. Other than that, everything is good.
