Great price! It arrived in excellent condition. Just looked like it didn’t have the original box. All the part were there also. And it has the Dyson warranty, too. A lot of Dyson functionality that I like, though I can see might be a bit much for some people like elderly folks. Now, that I’ve had it for about a month, my house feels cleaner. Thanx!

This vacuum was fully refurbished and cleaned, no issues there. I will say that it struggles to get cat litter out of carpet and will leave a line of it that requires multiple passes to fully get up. That, and the hose can be difficult to use, especially in tight spaces. Other than those, genuinely one of the best vacuums I’ve ever used. Sleek, smooth, easy to move, gets all pet fur easily.

I actually forgot I ordered it so it was a surprise when it came, but in addition to that, it was like a brand new vacuum cleaner out of the box. You would never know it's a refurbish vacuum. I'm extremely pleased.
