    The vendor should be REMOVED from your list of vendors. The I pod classic's hard drive was failing Reallocs:15,808! Pending Sectors:568. (The reason I wanted it was due to the fact mine had high number of Reallocs 1,358 nowhere near over 15,000!) The vendor knew this he "refurbishes " anyone can check the data on an I Pod I guess he figured I would not, It would skip heat up and die quickly. Not a legitimate reputable vendor. I did nothing with the I Pod other than check the data, but that is what would happen if one tried to utilize it. Also I will mention that RefurbLane sent me 2 messages that stated "Your I Pod is connected to the cloud it can't be refunded if it is connected to the cloud" This added to my stress, I do not even know how to connect to the cloud and furthermore after common sense I realized there is no way to connect an I Pod classic to the cloud, it is not capable verified with research. So why did I get those messages? I had help from Monica with my return she was great! which made a bad experience with the vendor better, and I did receive the refund, but spare others the trouble, this vendor cannot be trusted my research stated that RefurbLane used reputable vendors, this one does not make the grade.
