    The quality of the device itself is excellent, as listed. There are very few scratches, and it seems to have been refurbished to or originally been in this condition. I just wish it was more clear in the description that none of the accessories were OEM – if the device had an original Wii controller or sensor bar, it would have been slightly better :)

    Device work so it's automatically better than paying full price. I and my family have previously got "excellent" iphones from RefurbLane and those looked perfect. The one thing about the controller is there seemed to be maybe not the "excellent" I expected. It's definitely subjective and not a big deal, but just a little something.

    Device received in good order but without any documentation. Of course, I could Google setup instructions, but an included getting started guide would have been appreciated. The speaker was also missing the qr-code on the bottom that's needed for setup. I can't visually distinguish between a gen 1 and gen 2 of the mini, so had to take a flyer and add it to my household and the ask Google home what device it was. This added unnecessary complexity to what should have been a simple setup.

    I would NOT say the condition of these devices is excellent. I would say they're good. Both were lacking the safety wrist band, and one was discolored a pale yellow. Functionally working amazing. but cosmetics were lacking. felt like I was getting some family controller after their dog had peed on it.
